The Port Moresby Vipers (formerly the Port Moresby Bulldogs) are a Papua New Guinean rugby league team from Port Moresby. The team currently competes in the Papua New Guinea National Rugby League Competition.

As Governor and Patron of Moni Plus NCDC Vipers I want to inform the PNGNRLC Board that the NCDC Bord has made an undertaking to declare the historical Sir Hubert Murray Stadium (SHMS) to be the home ground for Vipers and PNG Rugby Union.
